A good way to asses your budget is to first understand the quantity of flowers you will need. If you’re having a larger wedding with more tables, bridesmaids and ceremony installations your budget will need to reflect that. Our full service packages general range from 5-8k. Our minimum for full service weddings is 3k.

Being a full service event florist means we come set up and install all of your flowers and rentals on the day of your wedding. All of our full service packages have a percentage based set up, delivery and breakdown fee. The percentage is based on the location of the wedding and the complexity of the set up.

For your initial consultation you should have your wedding date & venue scheduled, an estimate of how many guests (tables), an idea of your personal flower needs (how many bridesmaids, groomsmen), and if you would like to have any ceremony flowers or other big flower moments at your wedding.

For our full service wedding packages we offer a selection of rental decor items including different styles of candles, vases, compote vases, risers, stands, lanterns and arbors. We offer centerpiece vases as rentals or we have an option for vases to keep.

We love to customize our couples weddings to match their unique styles but in the world of flowers it is very hard to guarantee specific flower types as everything is based on market availability. The best way to approach your flowers is to start with a look and color palette you like and work from that. It’s also important to choose a florist whose work you love in general and trust them!

Creating a quote for a wedding client takes some time because every wedding has different needs and styles of flowers. The pricing of flowers also fluctuates often, (similar to a fish market) because of this it makes it challenging to determine costs months (sometimes a year) in advance. We are also working on providing services to our currently booked clients, so during busier times of the year the process can be even slower. Patience and understanding goes a long way!
